📜 Legal Liability

We do not guarantee:

That any tool will fit every use case
That results will be instant, automatic, or magical
That your life will change overnight just because you downloaded a bot

Our tools are enhancers, not miracle cures.

We are not liable for:

Lost profits
Platform bans (read our warnings)
Misuse of automation tools or improper installation

Always use tools responsibly and follow third-party platform rules (especially Meta, Google, etc.).

🧠 Intellectual Property

Everything under the Drew Is and EXPR name — tools, content, brand — is protected. Don’t steal it. Don’t rip it off. If you want to license it, hit us up the right way.

All Bots, applications and other created Ai content now comes with provenance file, complete with a SHA256SUM hash file and a created Blockchain provenance number specific to that Ai creation, proving creation and ownership that can be saved in blockchain for decentralized legal documentation.

Return and Refund Policy

At DrewIs.online, we stand behind the digital tools we build — no filler, no junk. But we get it: tech hiccups happen.

Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

🔁 Terms of Return

We don’t do returns the traditional way — there’s nothing to ship back. But if your downloaded product doesn’t work, here’s how we make it right:

If the issue is minor or caused by a corrupted download, we’ll offer a free replacement download.
If it turns out the product doesn’t work on your current system, and you can provide reasonable evidence (screenshots, error messages, system info), we’ll evaluate for a refund.
You must contact us within 7 days of purchase for support or refund eligibility.

⚠️ When Refunds Apply (and Don’t)

Refunds may be offered only if:

The product doesn’t work on your operating system or setup
You provide proof of the issue
A replacement didn’t solve the problem

Refunds won’t apply if:

You modified or tampered with the code
You didn’t follow install instructions
You just “changed your mind”

All refund approvals are reviewed case-by-case. If approved, we’ll determine if a full or partial refund applies.

In most cases, we can resolve the issue by:

Sending a new download link
Providing minor setup help
Walking you through system compatibility

We’ll always try to fix it before refunding — because most issues are fixable fast.

💵 Refund Processing (If Approved)

Refunds go to your original payment method
Expect 5–7 business days for it to appear
No crypto, gift cards, or trade-in credit

You break it — you bought it.
But if we break it, we’ll make it right.
